Ok, why another blog? Surely there can’t be the need for the internet to be cluttered with the ramblings of another hapless, mindless soul that thinks that what he has to say could, possibly, be of interest to any other person? Does this individual (me) really believe that he’s doing any good whatsoever rehashing a bunch of information that is already out there and freely available to anyone who is in possession of a computer, web browser and Google? Or is this just a pathetic attempt at gaining some recognition from a wider, faceless audience – racking up some kudos and possibly a few kind words from people that will probably never be met, or even spoken too…
Well, the answer is, maybe.
As this is the first post (I’m not a `serial blogger’, yet) we have yet to see.
This isn’t going to be a super techy blog, although there may occasionally be some more technical posts. No, this blog is just going to concentrate on providing nice and easy solutions to problems you might not even know you had. Hopefully it will occasionally invoke a response like “Wow Johnny, that’s really cool – I have no idea how I have lived so long without knowing this! My life now feels that little bit more complete and it’s all thanks to you and your super blog.” Although such a long sentence can be abbreviated to “Oh, that’s cool.” But I shall know what you really meant 
“OK, so where from here Johnny, where’s this useful information that’s going to sort out problems I didn’t even know I had?!”
Well, I’m afraid you’re going to have to wait until the next post – but I’ll leave you with a little nugget of information, it’s going to revolve around (wait for it…), `bookmarks, or favourites’.
Yea, alright – don’t all look so overly interested and excited. But really, it might just be useful to somebody who doesn’t know everything.
